What a terrible experience! I gave it a shot for streaming on YouTube, and it was just awful. The RDP kept rebooting every couple of hours, and in the meantime, OBS crashed repeatedly because of the lousy performance. The support team is quick to respond, but they never really resolve the problems. They sent me several emails saying, "If it happens again, we’ll swap your RDP," but that never happened. Oh, and just a heads up, they operate a bunch of sites like amazingrdp, so keep that in mind.

In response to 99RDP: "Don’t lie, I reached out to you several times, and you never provided a solution. I don’t know, maybe you’re out of touch or something, but I told you countless times that it keeps restarting and crashing, and you kept insisting that your services don’t restart. Also, it’s ridiculous to claim there aren’t other sites when I was chatting with multiple sites using the same live agent. When I asked if it was you, you confirmed it, saying you have several websites. You even mentioned your sister runs some or whatever. No worries, you don’t need to fix anything; I’ve already wasted too much time with you and found a much better service elsewhere."

This seller is a total scam. Don't purchase anything from them; they will take your money and run.

I've been using Streaming RDP Plan #2, and I gotta say, it's pretty awesome for this plan, plus the support is just lovely.

The representative is super engaged and reliable. They offer great services at reasonable prices. I'm completely happy with my experience.

I gotta say, your service isn’t too shabby! Customer support is top-notch, but the RDP performance just doesn’t cut it for us. It works alright on the first day, but then it starts to lag more and more each day until it’s pretty much unusable. We find ourselves having to ask for updates all the time. Personally, I don’t use my account much—maybe 2% of the time, just 5-6 times a month—since it doesn’t really fit my needs. There’s a lot of room for improvement.
